Therapist. Facilitator. Instigator. Collaborator.
Hi, my name is Rascal Roubos, LCSW. I am a white, transmasculine (they/them) therapist dedicated to facilitating personal, interpersonal and collective healing.
I’m here to help you feel more connected to yourself. To your strengths, dreams, fears, boundaries, needs, longings and joys. To feel clearer about the path between your historical ways of coping, and your desired ones; the life you have been living, and the one that is calling to you.
Whether in a workshop or individual session, I aspire to have our way of working together feel as healing and enlivening as the outcomes you envision for yourself and the world.
Philosophy and Approaches
I am a real person in the room, rather than an echo or a mirror.
I encourage curiosity, exploration, presence and playfulness.
I can help you develop more connection between mind and body.
Together we address your challenges in the context of broader social and historical patterns, with an anti-oppression lens.
